How to get to the Conference Location
The Sunshine Coast is not just a favorite destination it's on the way to so many other places by train, bus or rental car.

Airlines

The Sunshine Coast has it’s own Sunshine Coast Airport but is also served by Brisbane Airport just over an hour to the South. Qantas, Virgin Blue and a number of smaller regional carriers will get you there. (Check with your travel agent for domestic travel passes available for international travelers). Most international carriers connect to the Sunshine Coast via either Brisbane or Sydney in Australia or Auckland, New Zealand. Airport transfer information is also provided here

Arriving At Maroochydore Airport

For those arriving at the Sunshine Coast’s local airport, Maroochydore, you can then travel by bus, take a shuttle, take a taxi, or self drive.

Bus

Sunshine Pacific Coaches operate services from Brisbane Transit Centre, Domestic and International airports to the Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, Gympie, Maryborough and Hervey Bay… You can choose to travel by bus from Brisbane or Sydney.

Train

Queensland's coastal rail services can be a great alternative to flying or driving. If you like to travel by train check out the “Sunlander”, or the “ Queenslander”. For a truly luxurious rail experience, indulge yourself on the “Great South Pacific Express”. Operated by the famous Orient Express rail, this is a must for serious rail enthusiast. Traveling by Rail can be part of the fun on your vacation to Australia.

Self Drive

Australia offers some great self-drive vacation opportunities. The Sunshine Coast is one of the highlights of Australia’s Pacific Coast Highway, one of the great drives of the land Downunder.

Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast is about 30 minutes flying time (about an hour and 15 minutes by car) from Brisbane and about 1 hour 35 minutes flying from Sydney.
