Conference Registration

The registration fee includes electronic access to all papers and materials, delegate material; conference lunches, networking morning and afternoon teas, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.  Transport and accommodation is not included in the conference fees. Full Payment must be received prior to the conference. You will receive a tax invoice at the conference. All conference rates include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Conference fees for early registration (before the 20th October) are AUD$880 for non-ACM/IEEE members, AUD$743 for ACM/IEEE members and AUD$400 for full-time students.  Conference attendees are also invited to register for the Advanced School of Empirical Software Engineering.

 Conference Accommodation Booking

To make an accommodation booking request, please COMPLETE the ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM below by the 9th September.  The completed form must be FAXED to the ESEIW conference secretariat's office fax number +617 33418006.

Special accommodation rates have been secured for the ESEIW 2005 delegates at the:

  • Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa  (single, double or twin share occupancy at AUD$225 per room per night, GST inclusive)
     NO VACANCY at Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa
  • Noosa Blue Resort (single, double or twin share occupancy at AUD$215 per room per night, GST inclusive)
  • Noosa Village Motel  (single/double at AUD$135 per room per night, twin at AUD$145 per room per night or suite at AUD$165 per room per night GST inclusive)    
    NO VACANCY at Noosa Village Motel
  • At the Sound  (single/double at AUD$110 and AUD$120 per room per night, GST inclusive).  
  • Noosa River Retreat  (single/double at AUD$110 and AUD$120 per room per night, GST inclusive).  

All accommodation venues are located at Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast and are within approximately 10 minutes walking distance from each other.

The completed accommodation booking request forms and payments are to be returned by post, email or fax to the conference secretariat’s office by the 9 September 2005 to secure your booking requests. Requests received after the 9th of September cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability. Payments for accommodation should be 'made to' the hotel you select.
